Privacy Policy

This page explains and describes how Kloner (Reg. no. 996 706 354) processes personal data on the website and if you contact us. It also provides you with necessary and legally required information about cookies.

Your rights

According to the Personal Data Act, you have certain rights that we are required by law to inform you about. You can exercise your rights by sending an email to privacy@kloner.com. We will respond as quickly as possible and within 30 days at the latest.

Data portability

If we process information about you on the basis of consent or in connection with the fulfillment of an agreement, you have the right to have the information exported and, if feasible, to have the information directly transferred to another controller.

You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe that we are not processing personal data correctly or that your rights are not being safeguarded. We hope you contact us first so we can improve.

What information do we register about you through our website?

We use the analysis tool Matomo (formerly Piwik) to obtain statistics and better understand how visitors use our website. The Matomo installation is on our own server. We de-identify the information after collection, so even if we log information about you, it is immediately anonymised.

Our basis for processing is the Personal Data Protection Regulation article 6 no. 1 F legitimate interest. The legitimate interest is to “Improve the website”.

In addition, we have server logs that contain, among other things, IP address, user agent and time of visit. We have these logs to make it easier to operate the server that the website is on. Our processing basis is the Personal Protection Regulation Article 6 No. 1 F), legitimate interest. The legitimate interest is "Improved and simplified operation of the server and security considerations".

What other information do we process about you?

If you send us an e-mail, this will contain personal information about you. Our basis for processing is the Personal Protection Regulation article 6 no. 1 B) - "fulfil an agreement".

Cookies that we store

According to 2-7b of the Electronic Communications Act, we must disclose which cookies we use. The Ekomloven requires consent for the use of information cookies, this is a different consent requirement than under the Personal Data Act.
